Jeff designed this Dog Walk with Lo & George Baker of Alton NH (www.barkagility.com). Named the Sonic Dog Walk after the dog who will be in our hearts forever. She was our 1st Staffordshire Bull Terrier whose life ended way too soon.
Base & plank framing built with 1 1/2" round edge aluminum tubing. Built for unquestionable strength.
Planks are covered with aluminum sheathing that is welded to the plank frames.
Engineered with suspension designed reinforcements resulting in planks the are extremely ridged & do not require mid-plank bracing.
Unique plank locking system that allows ONE PERSON to move entire 36' Dog Walk with ease.
Simple adjustment from regulation 48" to 24" training height.
High quality wheels double lock ensuring the base stays solid & stable while in use.
Sonic Dog Walk - welded on slats & painted $1595 Painted with marine deck paint which is only available in blue with yellow contact zones. Has aluminum slats that are welded on. PLEASE NOTE that the slats cannot be removed if you decide to install rubber skins. You would have to leave the slats in place & retrofit the rubber skins per directions in Darlene Woz's book "Rubber on the Run"
Sonic Dog Walk - no slats & no paint (you install your own rubber skins) $1395 Surface has been prepared so you can install your own rubber skins.
Do we install rubber skins? Only very occasionally. We do not have an indoor climate controlled work area so we can only make/install skins when the weather is warm in Maine (approximately April to Oct). This makes the wait for equipment MUCH LONGER. It is much more cost effective for you to install your own rubber skins.
Can dog walks with rubber skins installed be shipped? Yes. Shipping equipment is very expensive, and the additional weight of the rubber skins makes the shipping cost even more expensive. It is MUCH more cost effective for you to install your own rubber skins.
